WattsUpPro? Measurement
The WattsUpPro? tool is commonly used in computer architecture research
to gather power measurements.
The tool I use for these measurements can be found in the
https://github.com/deater/uarch-configure
git repository, the "wattsup" directory.
We have also been working on a PAPI component for this.
We have one that mostly works but have not released it yet.
